Zimbabwe
faces acute financial and fiscal difficulties.
Any debt default or decommodification
policy would have to be applied within
a broader, deeper strategy for inward-oriented,
equitable development. Bond and Manyanya
propose an alternative non-neoliberal
strategy for a genuinely democratic Zimbabwe.
