Market Reactions to Institutional Changes
The Summer School is a week-long intensive seminar
designed to bring together a pool of international
lecturers and graduate students to discuss key issues
in financial history.
This year the focus will be on financial reactions
in the aftermath of major institutional changes. Lecturers
will present case studies from a wide range of historical
perspectives and geographical backgrounds discussing
episodes of successful financial as well as episodes
of disruptive instability. Scholars interested in
attending are welcome. Pre-session materials and reading
suggestions will be made available to those enrolled
in the program.

United States-Early Modern and Contemporary Italy.

The program is organised by the departments of economics
of the Universita Ca Foscari Venezia, of the Universita
