financial resources, instruments, investment
policies, lending framework, procurement,
safeguards, transparency, audits and others.
The workshop was held in Quito from 23
to 27 June 2008, with the support of the
Government of Ecuador and the Department
of Economic and Social Affairs of the
United Nations.
